Nils Osmar’s Stage Plays: Demea
My epic novel Demea has been produced as a stage play, and in a very different form as a miniseries which can be seen on Youtube. It’s the story of a young woman named Selena who’s a little crazy, on a mission to save a world that’s even crazier.
1997 Production
Demea was produced three years in a row through the Seattle Fringe Festival, an international theater festival; the 1997 show was one that I directed. Glory days π

My Own Roles: Arnthau in “Demea”
I did stage acting years ago; this is me in one of the productions of Demea, in the role of Arnthau, a character who talked to gods and goddesses who might or might not exist.

… and this is me more recently in a production I did with some students just for fun β from a different production of from Demea β and also low-tech but fun. I waved the sword around but didn’t do any actual stage fighting… still a fun role. It’s interesting comparing it with our production test below.
